Tanzaku, Haiku signed Matsuo Bashō. Portrait Homage signed Seki Ryosetsu.

Both works are painted, not printed. The tanzaku is painted on paper and attached to the portrait which is painted on silk.

Considering the age of  this work, the state of preservation is quite good. There are some stains and foxing. No significant breaks or wrinkles.
